You(the customer) are responsible for inspecting your purchase in the store at the time of purchase. This applies to all merchandise, including floor models and name brand, because the specific product chosen is the product received. Our products are sold As-Is unless written warranty is given.
All sales are final once contracts and invoices have been signed. The purchaser waives any right to return purchased products after signing. Signing indicates merchandise( including special orders/custom built) has been delivered and the borrower agrees to the terms and conditions of the lease. You are responsible for picking up your purchase or arranging its delivery by a third party. If you pick up your merchandise we are happy to assist in loading, but you are ultimately responsible for ensuring load is secure for transit.
